As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in retaining and growing our client base by providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with policy questions, payments, renewals, and new purchases while conducting needs-based policy reviews to ensure they have the right coverage. You’ll handle inbound calls, policy changes, and general inquiries, all while identifying sales opportunities to expand our market share. Additionally, you’ll evaluate renewals, provide re-quotes per company guidelines, and work closely with our team to achieve agency goals. This role also includes quoting and binding personal lines policies such as auto, home, and renters' insurance, as well as referring life insurance leads.
We’re looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills who are customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving. Attention to detail, comfort with computer systems, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required, as we provide training for the right candidate.
