Job Description :
We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our procurement team and support multiple regional categories in North America, including Waste Management, Industrial Cleaning, Facility Management, Remediation, and Resource Recovery.
This role will play a key part in advancing sustainability initiatives, particularly within the Chemical Recovery and Waste Minimization Program.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in Procurement
- Experience negotiating service contracts (e.g., reimbursable and fixed price) preferred
Responsibilities :
- Leverage expertise in Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields to manage Source-to-Contract activities for Waste Management, Industrial Cleaning, Remediation, Facility Management, and other services in North America.
- Use strong negotiation skills to engage suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring contracts provide a competitive advantage.
- Lead and manage the sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, RFP) while adhering to Procurement policies, focusing on strategic reimbursable and fixed-price contracts and complex negotiations.
- Evaluate commercial offers, including bonus / penalty assessments, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Apply knowledge of the purchase order process to support the creation and processing of purchase orders as needed.
