Director, IT Operations

Are you an experienced IT leader passionate about driving IT service excellence and operational efficiency? Join us as the IT Support Director, where you’ll lead a dynamic team, develop IT strategies, and ensure seamless technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure IT performance and service delivery.
• Oversee IT budgets, staffing, and resource optimization for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT security best practices.
• Manage IT projects and communicate progress to the Executive Director and leadership team.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years in IT roles, with 4 years in supervisory/managerial positions.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and IT budgeting.
• Vendor management experience, including contract reviews and SLAs.
• Strong leadership skills, fostering collaboration and mentorship.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and ITIL best practices.
• Independent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Pay: $90,500.00 - $104,000.00 per year
