Field Sales Representative
Location : North County San Diego area – onsite and field visits some travel for training
Pay : $55k - $60k quarterly bonuses

AllSTEM Connections is looking for a Field Sales Representative to work in San Diego, California. This position will start out onsite, in an office making cold calls into companies and will require field client visits with other sales executives once comfortable. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity and offers a base quarterly commission full benefits.
Experienced Sales Representative is needed to sell printer products and services to clients within a territory in San Diego, CA. The focus for the position will be to continually build and expand the client base so bringing on net new business will be key in this role. Compensation will be based on overall industry experience and success in the office products industry.
Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts.
Developing new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts
Prospecting through CRM, in field cold calling, Online web tools
Initiating, developing, closing sales
Recommending new product features.
Establish relationship with current customers.
Build a new business plan for current customers and strategy for new technology to help customer attain business goals!
Develop new customers.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of print ; adjusting content of sales presentations for specific customer needs; developing promotional literature for solutions.
Superior organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different technology applications; exploring opportunities to add value to customer needs and business goals.
Qualifications
Experience with building client relationships
Experience in the office products industry preferred (printers, etc)
Minimum of 5 years’ successful experience in sales.
References will be required.
Bring good energy and has experience with setting up meetings and meeting sales goals
Willing to do some travel for training with the manufactures in Irvine, Chicago, Atlanta
Looking for someone to manage North County San Diego
Must be comfortable speaking to high level employees
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Starting out, individuals will be making 200 calls weekly, and then they will start going into to the field to visit clients with a field rep to shadow
