The ideal candidate will work with production to introduce and maintain process improvements. You will play a critical role in training employees on facilities equipment.
Responsibilities
- Determine proper tooling and equipment necessary to perform each assembly process with DFM in mind
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes by analyzing and planning workflow
- Work with sales, engineering, and production to identify areas of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics
- Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma
