Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer at H.I.R.E Talent Group in Santa Ana, CA. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, applying industrial and mechanical engineering principles, and optimizing machining operations to ensure efficiency and quality in production.

- Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering expertise
- Proficiency in Machining techniques
- Experience with optimizing production workflows and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant work Experience will be considered as well
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
