Are you a proactive and communicative Project Manager with deep experience implementing Contingent Labor programs and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)? Do you thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and want to make a direct impact on workforce transformation?
We’re seeking a client-side Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new MSP/VMS solution—likely SAP Fieldglass—at a highly engaged and strategic organization in the Sleepy Hollow / White Plains, NY area.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of a VMS (Fieldglass preferred) to support a new contingent labor program.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client-side project activities, working closely with MSP, IT, HR, Procurement, and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, technical requirements, and implementation timelines.
- Manage risk, communicate milestones, and maintain stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment across teams and vendors.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience managing MSP/VMS implementations, with a strong focus on contingent workforce programs.
- Deep knowledge of Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms.
- PMP certification required.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you’re comfortable presenting to executives and translating complex tech into clear business terms.
- Highly collaborative approach with the flexibility to work across multiple departments.
- Must be local to the Sleepy Hollow / White Plains, NY area and able to be on-site at least 3 days/week.
Salary : $162,000 - $187,200
