Location: Annapolis, MD
Contract: 12 Months
Pay rate: $70- $80/hr

Job Description – Scheduler
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Preferred experience in the import and export of schedules between these two electronic scheduling software.
- Responsible for managing current requirements for naming conventions pertaining to Project ID, Project Name, File Naming Conventions.
- Provide guidance and support for construction schedule WBS, activity IDs, constraints, schedule constraints and activity coding.
- Manage and represent the owner in structured meetings for progress (weekly and monthly) and delays/claims as required.
- Responsible for reporting on contractor schedule updates in a timely and efficient manner incorporated all required project specifications.
- Ability to create a high-level master schedule that incorporates the contractors’ CPM schedule
- Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project
- Keep an eye on programming milestones and interdependencies
- Utilize industry-accepted methodologies to analyze delays
- Provide information on items impacting the project schedule
- Responsible for spotting the critical path, as well as offering alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
- Strategize ways to negotiate claims, including office overhead, labor, and equipment costs
- Responsible for providing technical support in claims litigation
- Document changes integrated into the project schedule
- Provide a summary and report on project progress
- Spot project risks and include impact analysis for review by the project team
- Responsible for maintaining current and standardized job files.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
