Automation Quality Analyst

Position Description
We are looking for an innovative Automation QA to join our diverse and passionate team. You will be leveraging your problem-solving and programming skills to help us build, and improve upon, our industry-leading enterprise platform. Collaborating across teams and regions, your solutions will be helping many of the world's most influential companies simplify the complexities of their equity plan management. In this production support role, the candidate will need to pivot from one item to the next and work according to the business' priority. The role is fast-paced and the successful candidate will need to be able to excel in a highly dynamic work environment.

What you'll do:
* Design, test, and implement new functionality. You're good at figuring out how to break things and documenting how to do it.
* Gather, document, and communicate business requirements with the acumen required to inform stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
* Create test plans in collaboration with a development team using agile scrum methodologies.
* Help with manual testing and develop improvements to automate the process.
* Take ownership of the regression testing execution and work closely with test lead/senior members
* Create automated tools and scripts to reduce repeated manual work in regressions.
* Collaborate with Product Management and UX to deliver client-centric solutions and value.
* Coach and mentor new and existing members of the team
* Elevate the team through the contribution of your unique skills, passions, and experiences.

Required:
* Technology Degree or diploma, or related field experience.
* 3 years of professional experience working in a related field.
* Experience in ReadyAPI/SoapUI/Rest Assured or any other backend test automation tool.
* Good knowledge and experience in an object-oriented development language (like Java, C , or Python).
* Creativity, Integrity, and a passion for solving problems.
* Ability to thrive in a team environment. We prioritize the team above any individual.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to be successful working with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have:
* Experience working with a front end automation tool (UFT, Selenium, Cucumber)
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Experience working on Agile teams
* Interest in fintech and software technology
