Job Description:
FIRM RERSILIENCE PROGRAM -
The firm has specific regulatory driven initiatives to focus on resiliency capabilities for identified critical business flows through key systems for agreed upon resiliency scenarios. This program will focus on the strategy, infrastructure, and processes required to execute the testing of the different recovery strategies. The primary objective for this role is to conduct the testing required to remain compliant with the increasing regulatory requirement on physical testing.
Requirements:
* Good understanding of application software concepts and Unix/Linux/Windows
* Good understanding of the concepts behind databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase,Db2, SQL Server)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for developing new and creative solutions to complex problems.
* Good understanding of technology resilience testing concepts
* Understanding of the Agile / DevOps modelNice to have.
* Exposure to Cloud technologies
* Exposure to software programming and/or scripting like Python, Java
* Exposure to Mainfram
* Exposure to financial industry
* Good understanding of the concepts behind databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase,Db2, SQL Server)

Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Technology and/or Engineering field.
* Years of experience : 4 years minimum ( 5 years is better)
TOP 3 must have :
1. Strong knowledges with Data base (DB2)
2. Strong cloud data base : Azure SQL and Snowflake
3. High level understanding of application achitecture
Top 3 Nice to have :
1. Strong communication skill
2. Experience with data base backup and recovery
3. Familiar with Agile (Kanban) methology (Jira)
