Designed to teach HVAC from the ground up, this program is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn the trade with integrity, honesty, and customer-first values.
Choose from two career paths— HVAC Service Technician or HVAC Installation Technician —and work your way up in a hands-on learning environment. You’ll receive a competitive hourly wage working and learning 40 hours a week at our state-of-the-art training facility .
What You’ll Learn
Foundation of the Trade : Start with the refrigeration cycle and obtain your EPA Universal Certification, which legally qualifies you to work in the HVAC field.
Hands-On Expertise : Work directly with experienced instructors boasting 25 years of academic training and 35 years of industry experience in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.
Customer-Centric Skills : Learn the importance of doing the right thing, keeping your word, and always putting the customer first.
Career Progression : As you advance through the AllTech Academy, you’ll discover your passion and develop the skills to become a skilled HVAC professional driving an AllTech vehicle and serving clients with excellence.
