Key Responsibilities :
In the Office (Sales Support) :
Assist with lead management, scheduling, and customer follow-ups .
Provide administrative support, including data entry and preparing sales reports .
Respond to customer inquiries , providing information about services and promotions.
In the Field (Home Depot Sales Representative) :
Engage with customers at Home Depot locations , promoting AllTech’s HVAC and plumbing services .
Educate customers on available services, answering questions and generating leads .
Work alongside experienced field sales reps to develop persuasive sales techniques .
Represent AllTech in a friendly, professional manner , building relationships with potential customers.
What We’re Looking For :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
- A positive, outgoing personality – You enjoy talking to people and making connections!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – able to balance office tasks with field sales.
- A self-starter with a passion for learning and a drive to succeed in sales .
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
- Ability to work some weekends for Home Depot field sales shifts
