As our HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all things related to employee experience, from onboarding new talent and supporting benefits to supporting HR initiatives that enhance our workplace culture. You will collaborate across departments and help make our organization an even better place to work.
What you will do:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
Provide day-to-day support to staff on HR related questions
Administer benefits and support processing
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Assist with performance management and training coordination
Keep HR data and records organized, accurate, and confidential
Contribute to employee engagement and well-being efforts
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in HR or a related role
Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Passion for people and building inclusive, supportive workplaces
Salary : $25 - $30
