The Role
This is the first Recruitment Account Management Leader at allUP. You'll partner directly with customers to help them grow their teams and make key hires, while also building the internal systems and processes that will allow us to scale our service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs while demonstrating the value of allUP to them
- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle - from attracting candidates to presenting final selections to drive successful hiring outcomes
- Building process and the team that enables allUP to provide world class service to every customer as we scale the business
- Leveraging data to identify opportunities to better serve our customers and drive continued customer engagement
- Being resourceful to proactively problem solve while communicating with all stakeholders

- Experience with modern workplace tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack) and strong data analysis skills

Compensation: $40 - $45/hour
This is a US based, fully remote position, but you should be able to meaningfully overlap with west coast hours (4 hours / day).
