Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Content Creator at Allura Skin, Laser & Wellness Clinic is in charge of all marketing and advertising efforts for the company. This role is responsible for creating and managing all social media content, coordinating marketing events, and managing projects to promote our services and products to prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement all advertising opportunities for Allura while maintaining consistent brand & messaging.
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plans.
- Attend monthly marketing meetings with owners to determine upcoming promotions, advertising ideas, and reporting on current campaigns.
- Create monthly marketing reports to track performance of both internal and external campaigns.
- Act as Primary POC for any outside marketing companies including but not limited to: publications, digital marketers, partnerships etc.
- Create all printing needs including business cards, print collateral, brochures, etc.
- Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts between media types including print, digital, radio, etc.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, etc.
- Develop, and send email campaigns (MailChimp) and utilize tracking/success tools and KPIs
- Creates and manages all organic social media; Including filming of treatments, editing, scheduling and posting, and optimizing on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Reputation management on Google My Business, Yelp, & social media.
- Create and manage all business development and outreach opportunities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and ability to use Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, MailChimp, and/or Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of PPC/SEM and SEO strategies in assisting agency
- Understanding of PPC for Social Media in assisting agency
- Understanding of WordPress
- Clear and concise communication and writing skills
- Event planning skills
- Project management skills
- Experience in social media marketing required
- Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
