Our client is expanding its Dasher Shop Deliver service, and we are seeking a Live Operations Specialist to join the team. This role is critical in ensuring 100% delivery success by proactively engaging with Dashers, setting clear expectations, and resolving real-time issues. Key Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with Dashers, providing clear order expectations and step-by-step guidance.
Resolve real-time delivery issues with empathy, urgency, and a customer-first mindset.
Monitor workflows and performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded.
Identify operational trends , report findings, and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements.
Develop deep expertise in Client systems, tools, and processes to enhance service efficiency.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced team dedicated to exceptional customer service and operational innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of experience in customer service roles within technology, hospitality, or grocery convenience industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills , with attention to grammar and professional tone.
- Technical fluency with proficiency in Google Sheets (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM).
- Fluent in English , with conversational proficiency in Spanish .
- Self-starter who can work independently and adapt to fast-evolving challenges.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce .
Previous experience in the grocery convenience industries.
