We're Hiring: Field Service Engineer | Remote (San Diego, CA)
Are you passionate about healthcare technology and eager to make a difference? Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and play a key role in maintaining advanced diagnostic tools that enhance patient health and well-being.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, install, and perform preventative maintenance on cutting-edge diagnostic equipment.
- Provide technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain service records and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the success of our service team while working independently in a remote role.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience (Bachelor s or technical degree preferred).
- 1 year experience with mechanical, electromechanical, or robotics equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and technical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel within assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 2 years of advanced technical experience.
- Background in biomed, engineering, or related technical fields.
- Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
