Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive quality efforts through test case development, design reviews, code reviews, and test automation.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and learning.
- Partner with Strategic Advisors’ Investment and Operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with a global team to enhance engineering standards and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Java stack, Spring Boot, Restful web services, and Kafka.
- Strong proficiency in SQL/PLSQL programming and data analysis.
- Hands-on expertise with test automation tools such as Karate or Spock.
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and AWS Cloud Infrastructure/Services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and acceptance test-driven development (ATDD).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Prior experience in the finance domain.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
