Key Responsibilities
✔ 3 years of corporate IT experience with strong troubleshooting and support skills (50% of the role)
✔ Project management experience – ability to plan, execute, and manage timelines
✔ Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with senior executives and stakeholders
✔ Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage industry, or collaboration briefing centers

- Manage & Maintain Technology: Oversee software installs, system upgrades, firewall patches, and hardware implementation.
- VR/AR & AI Integration: Lead the execution and testing of emerging technologies.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide real-time support for collaboration sessions, assisting customers and executives with tech challenges.
- Project Management: Lead and execute tech-driven initiatives while developing supplier relationships.
- Server & Device Management: Maintain all technology infrastructure, including server room operations.
- Customer Engagement: Work directly with senior leaders, industry experts, and top clients to deliver a premium technology experience.
