Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies tailored to the medical spa, focusing on promoting services, patient education, and brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage photo and video content
- For the medical spa: Skincare tips, treatment demonstrations, treatment information, client testimonials, and promotions.
- Platform Management: Oversee the presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, Yelp ensuring content is appropriate for each audience.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages, providing accurate information, and fostering a supportive online community. Enacting promotions with partnering medical practices.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, promotions, and special events for the spa, optimizing for reach and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports on engagement, reach, lead generation, and overall effectiveness of social media activities.
- Brand Voice: Ensure consistent and appropriate brand messaging that aligns with the values of the medical spa.
- 2. Sales Representation:
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential clients and patients through social media channels, converting interest into appointments and consultations.
- Patient & Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients/patients, providing information on services, treatments, and the importance of preventive care. May require attending networking events, visiting partner locations, and fostering professional relationships
- Consultations & Scheduling: Assist in scheduling consultations and appointments for both the medical spa, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
- Promotion of Services:
- Promote skin care treatments, cosmetic procedures, and wellness packages.
- Client & Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and patients, following up on their care, recommending additional services, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Upselling: Suggest additional or complementary services based on client/patient needs to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and patients to improve services and inform future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management and sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with medical spa treatments services is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Expertise in social media platforms and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in digital communications is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Part time position
- In-office working hours: 10am-3pm (Tuesday, Thursday), 10am-2pm (Wednesday)
- Remote working hours: 10am-2pm (Monday & Friday)
Compensation:
- Salary: $15 hourly
- Bonuses based on meeting monthly patient numbers
- Benefits: Healthcare, 6 days PTO Yearly After 3 Month Probation Period
