Medical Spa Assistant

Golden Glow Medical Spa is seeking a motivated full time Medical Spa Assistant. Must be energetic, professional, reliable, multi-tasker and a people-oriented individual to compliment our team. We are looking for a highly organized and talented individual to assist in day-to-day operations of the Spa. Knowledge of the aesthetics industry, spa services and products is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Our purpose is to provide the highest quality of patient care, lasers and cosmetics to our community in a caring and professional environment.

The Medical Spa Assistant position is responsible for:

• Assist the Doctor in treatments.
• Assisting in sales of products, services, and packages.
• Assisting in full service consultations.
• Participating in office marketing events.
• Answering incoming phone calls, email inquiries and online chats.
• Check-in and check-out patients.
• Act as the first point of contact for Dr. Mira Mahajan as necessary.
• Manage Dr Mira's projects.
• Practice management software knowledge & maintenance.
• Learn systems and softwares specific to the Medical Spa.
• Maintain & upgrade machines, equipment, softwares.
• Other tasks as required. (Cross training - i.e. Social Media, Events, Inventory, Insurances, etc.)

Requirements for this position are superior customer service skills, experience in sales, must be computer savvy, scheduling and conveying a positive image of Golden Glow Medical Spa through excellent communication and customer service skills in support of patients and to ensure an ideal patient experience. Weekend availability is a must!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
