Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

About Us:
We are a growing healthcare company with 14 offices, primarily using iPads and Raspberry Pi for daily operations. Our headquarters has 10 PCs, and some offices still use PCs and local servers, which we plan to migrate to cloud-based solutions. We are looking for an IT Manager to handle day-to-day support and oversee this transition while coordinating with external vendors for larger IT projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- IT Support & Maintenance
- Provide day-to-day support for staff using iPads, Raspberry Pi, and PCs.
- Maintain network infrastructure across all locations.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, security, and access control across systems.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Lead the migration from local servers to cloud-based solutions.
- Evaluate and implement secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud services.
- Reduce reliance on traditional PCs by optimizing Raspberry Pi/iPad setups.
- Vendor & Project Management
- Act as the point of contact for external IT vendors and service providers.
- Oversee major IT projects like cloud migration and security upgrades.
- Negotiate IT service contracts to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure HIPAA compliance across all IT systems.
- Implement and manage data security policies.
- Conduct periodic IT audits and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of IT management or senior IT support experience.
- Experience with cloud migration (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of Raspberry Pi, iPads, and lightweight computing solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT security & HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple locations remotely while providing on-site support when needed.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) for iPads.
- Experience with thin clients and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
- Prior experience in healthcare IT.
