Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HOA Manager to oversee the operations and management of homeowners' associations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term success of our vibrant residential communities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, vendors, and the Board of Directors, ensuring effective communication, exceptional service, and compliance with community standards.
Our experienced colleagues assist community managers with homeowner inquiries, billing inquiries, vendor management and financial production, allowing the community manager to focus on long term strategy, policy development and community improvements with the community boards.
Responsibilities:.
- Enforce community rules and regulations while fostering a positive and harmonious living environment.
- Review community financials and prepare budget.
- Create RFP documents and go to bid for projects and service contracts to meet the needs of the community
- Organize and attend board meetings, providing professional advice and guidance to support decision-making.
- Address homeowner inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Continuously seek opportunities for enhancing community amenities, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Community Managers may work remotely, but may need to meet with community Board of Directors in-person up to monthly, depending on the needs of the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HOA management or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trusting relationships.
- Knowledge of HOA regulations, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
