Allwel is a growing, dynamic agency providing community-based empowerment services / peer support services. We are looking for an experienced Peer Supervisor to lead our Peer Support Specialists. Allwel provides services to clients with Behavioral Health and / or Substance Use histories, helping clients in their recovery process. We are looking for an energetic, inspiring Peer Support Supervisor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Oversee Peer Specialists as they provide support and advocacy to clients
- Ensure Peer Specialists adhere to ethical practices
- Help Peer Specialists develop their skills and professional growth
- Perform administrative duties
- Help Peer Specialists transition into their roles
- Carry small caseload of clients and provide direct care services to them
- Collaborate with other Behavioral Health CORE services providers in Allwel
Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $53,000-65,000 annually, depending on experience
