What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Director position at Allwell Behavioral Health Services?
Responsible for direct and indirect clinical services to a segment of the client population. Completes and submits all required documentation. Provides community education and agency consultation along with emergency services as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC.
- Two years’ experience in clinical practice preferred.
- Must maintain license eligibility via approved CEU requirements.
- Exercise analysis and judgment in discriminating among many alternatives.
- Solutions to problems require the application of established practices.
- References to supervision and precedents is available as needed.
- Monitors a complex process.
- Oversees day-to-day operation of own caseload under director’s supervision.
- Must be able to self-motivating and work with minimal supervision.
