The Customer Service Fraud Support Analyst position handles incoming calls to assess various situations and identify risks. You will work closely with the Fraud Leadership and Operations to assist with the deterrence of fraud against Ally Bank. This requires the ability to conduct research, execute various methods and provide clear documentation of all findings.
Ally work locations are Lewisville, TX, Fort Washington, PA, and Jacksonville, FL. We offer a weekly hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 from home - This position is required to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. Friday, Saturday, and Sundays are at home.
