Position: Cannabis Inside Sales Representative
**Must be located in Washington State**
General Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing support to the Sales team by actively engaging with select accounts and performing assigned administrative duties.
Essential Job Functions
1. Promote sales of new and existing products to new and existing customers.
2. Build and maintain relationships with inside/outside sales team and customers.
3. Enter sales orders.
4. Follow up on cold and warm leads
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule pop-ups and brand education events
- Send current product menus to customers weekly
- Work with Process Manager to schedule vendor sample deliveries
- Make telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Complete administrative duties as needed.
- Prepare and distribute invoices for customer approval and to initiate the delivery process.
- Coordinate with the Processing Manager to ensure accurate inventory availability.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers and clients to promptly answer questions and assist when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive and detailed knowledge of cannabis and cannabis related products in WA state
- Must be 21 years or older
- Knowledge of principles and processes necessary for providing outstanding customer services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, negotiation skills and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Self-starter, goal oriented, and ability to solve problems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, detail oriented, positive team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, customers, vendors, and management.
- Ability to work independently and meet established goals.
Education and Experience
High School diploma and at least 1 year of work experience in Sales.

Position requires travel within the local area, traveling to office and business locations to conduct business transactions. This involves exposure to weather conditions, traveling distances to and from buildings, and operating a vehicle.
