Responsibilities:- Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to the field’s newest SLPs through Clinical Fellow supervision
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language and feeding disorders in children
- Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions (reduced direct caseload due to supervisory position)
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech Language and Hearing Association (2 years with CCCs)
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in working with autistic children
- Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 years
- Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model
- Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques
- Compensation: CCC-SLP: $75,000 depending on experience
