ALM Automotive Group is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead a growing team, build new relationships with customers and transition our stores to a new level. We realize the importance of all our team members in our continued expansion and future growth, and we are now motivated to add a Automotive Fixed Operations Director. We provide hands-on support from a seasoned upper Management team who are involved daily with our variable operations, automotive fixed operations, know our market, our brands, and plans for our future growth.
We are rapidly growing and in need of an experienced professional. Must be proficient, highly motivated and have a record of proven success in previous roles. In this role, the Director must demonstrate top-notch leadership by motivating and inspiring the department with integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Our World Class Automotive Fixed Operations Manager will need: At least 3 years of proven success in Fixed Ops Management with stable career progression
- A proven background filled with high CSI/KSI numbers, year over year growth, and team development.
- Preparing annual operating budget, goals, and objectives for each department.
- Directing the hiring and training of managers for the Service and Parts Department.
- Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Creating and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, ensuring that department staff is helpful, as well as making customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referral and repeat business.
- Working directly with customers and warranty clerks to administer claims, as well as understand guidelines.
- Creating dealership service and pricing policies for approval by GM.
- Interfaces with department managers to improve operations, performance and profitability.
- Understands and ensures compliance with the warranty process.
- Develops and implements marketing plans.
- Maintains business partnership relationships.
- Attract, retain and develop talent for the store.
- Strive for 100% employment satisfaction by maintaining a positive culture within departments.
