Position: Business Development Representative
In this role, you'll:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and facilitate appointments for vehicle presentations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online leads and phone inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments and qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales staff to assist customers interested in selling or trading vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and gathering relevant information.
- Utilizing our customer database to identify new opportunities.
- Researching and compiling prospect lists.
- Following up on leads and cold calling potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Regularly consulting with the Internet Director.
- Implementing follow-up systems to nurture prospects.
- Staying informed about new products and features.
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:
- Closed Sundays
- Monday-Friday schedule varies
- Alternating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
