What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative Manager position at ALM KIA SOUTH?
ALM Kia South is looking for a BDC Manager to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met. A successful candidate must demonstrate superior customer service skills, excellent work ethic and motivation.
- Manage all aspects of the department including, but not limited to: scheduling staff, monitoring rep performance (calls/emails/chats) and implement and monitor BDC processes, etc.
- Work closely with the call center team to ensure all customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
- Coach and develop the team.
- Assist staff with answering and distributing leads, CRM generated tasks, etc.
- Develop and execute outbound internet digital and phone campaigns
- Maintain a high energy atmosphere in the department
- Drive, enthusiasm, hard worker
- Growth mindset, willing to learn
- Able to provide a high level of customer service
- Results focus: accountable, attention to detail
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly to GM and Senior Management on department performance based on established and industry KPIs
- Automotive sales experience required
