ALMA Group is looking for a full-time ALMA Cafe Manager & Hotel Innkeeper.
The Alma Cafe Manager and Hotel Innkeeper will have a variety of responsibilities that result in consistent, high quality guest services in our cafe and hotel. They will have a variety of responsibilities and opportunities, including inventory/ordering, scheduling, support production operations, leadership and training while consistently delivering high quality food and hospitality. The Manager candidate must have an interest to grow sales, support the talents and efficiencies of our remarkable service staff and help to grow our multi faceted business.
With Support from the Director of Operations this position works to develop and motivate team members, while providing constructive feedback as well as continuing training and education to ensure the team is working well and having fun. We deliver gracious hospitality and top-notch service to every guest.
Alma is a nationally recognized casual restaurant owned by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts. We serve nourishing food inspired by the wonderful local farmers and suppliers that we work with. We feature house-made pastries, sandwiches, signature plates, coffee, wine and cocktails. This position averages 45 hours a week, with compensation starting at $58,000 - $64,000 plus profit sharing.

Requirements
We are looking for:
- 2 years of management & leading a team
- Flexible scheduling with availability on weekends and mornings
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling and overall organization
- A passion for service and an authentic interest in hospitality
- Skillful planner with an understanding of business fundamentals
- A self-starter interested in collaboration and teamwork
- Strong communication skills with an ability to greet challenges
- A pleasant, outgoing individual with creative ideas, and a belief in community

Salary : $58,000 - $64,000
