Alma is looking for a full-time Cafe FOH Service Supervisor
The Service Supervisor will have a variety of responsibilities that result in consistent, high quality guest services in our cafe and hotel. The Service Supervisor candidate must have an interest to grow sales, support the talents and efficiencies of our remarkable service staff and conduct training with new and existing staff members.
The Supervisor position is 3-5 shifts per week, 25 to 40hr/week. Open availability, mornings and weekends is a must. Previous restaurant and barista experience as well as relevant supervisory experience is essential.

This position will work closely with Alma's Cafe Manager and the Operations Manager to develop and motivate team members, providing constructive feedback as well as continuing training and education to ensure the team is working well and having fun. We deliver gracious hospitality and top-notch service to every guest. The Service Supervisor at Alma will have the unique opportunity to guide and evolve our guests' experiences, be it at Alma or as they explore our community and city.
