We’re seeking a full-time Call Center Representative who is a team player ready to contribute to our positive reputation. Optical experience is a plus but not required—we’re excited to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and address patient inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Verify insurance benefits and co-pays accurately.
  • Process payments for services and products over the phone.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Update and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to support seamless office operations.
  • Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, and scheduling systems).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Prior experience in an optometry or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
