Salesperson
Commission Based
(On Pause) Our team is looking for someone who can help homeowners create the homes they dream of! Commission Based weekly Stipend.
- Relationship building: Networking & Events.
- Meeting with homeowners.
- Estimating.
- Selling remodeling projects to customers that meet their individual needs and generate a profit.
- Communicating with the Production Team.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team.
- Maintain and achieve sales goals.
- Contributing as part of the team.
- Willingness Network and build relationships.
- Sales experience (preferred).
- Remodeling or Carpentry background (preferred).
- Proficient in Email, Microsoft programs
- Ability to learn web-based software: scheduling, estimating, and client management software.
- Ability and desire to learn.
- Self-Motivated.
- High integrity.
- Good people skills (ability to interact and communicate well with others) and willingness to network.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Good driving record and valid MA driver’s license (A copy of your current license must be kept in the office).
- Desire to be part of and build a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
