What are the responsibilities and job description for the Park Maintenance Worker position at Almighty Waste?
- Making repairs to mobile homes and houses.
- Operating and assisting in the maintenance, throughout the parks.
- Performing regular inspections of property.
- Keeping maintenance logs for repairs and replacements.
- Winterization of park trailers and homes.
- Painting, repairing damage inside homes, some plumbing repair, general handyman duties, flooring installation, etc.
- Previous experience with general handyman work and home repair/home remodel tasks required.
- Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Weekends and evenings as needed
- Ability to be available for Park Emergencies as needed
- Ability to cover for Manager when they are sick or go on vacation
- Ability to problem solve efficiently.
- Having your own tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Weekends as needed
