What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at New Beginnings Inc?
Job Summary: This position works closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain New Beginnings' properties. This position is part time - 24 hours per week (days are flexible).
Essential Job Functions:

Essential Job Functions:
- coordinates maintenance tasks with Facilities Manager.
- ensure properties are well maintained, sanitary and safe.
- completes monthly apartment/unit inspections.
- performs minor maintenance repairs, such as patching drywall, painting, safety repairs, yard maintenance, dump runs, and other such tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of basic residential building maintenance. Ability to assess building
- Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Good problem solving skills, good judgment on safety issues.
