Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge is preferred. Positive attitude, punctuality and ability to take direction is a must!
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on properties, including scraping, painting and repairs. Light carpentry knowledge is preferred.
- Landscaping, yard spring cleaning, sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of the grounds.
- Window washing pressure washing equipment/furniture.
- Organizing work areas for optimal efficiency
- Assisting other team members with work orders.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
