What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Intern position at Alo Yoga?
OVERVIEW
As a Creative Intern at Alo Yoga, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of our creative process. You will shadow our photo, video, and styling teams to gain insight into the world of fashion, fitness, and content creation. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship to individuals passionate about the intersection of creativity, wellness, and fashion.
The Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with our photo, video, and styling teams to observe and learn their respective workflows.
- Assist team members with various tasks to gain practical experience in each department
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for photoshoots and video projects.
- Assist with set design, prop sourcing, and wardrobe styling as needed
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of the creative process and industry trends.
- Seek feedback and guidance from department leads, directors, peers and mentors to continuously improve your skills and knowledge over the summer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Microsoft Suite
- Google drive
- Keynote
The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
