We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role will assist in managing all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting the team. The Recruiting Specialist will serve as a liaison between candidates, interviewers, and HR, and play a critical role in scheduling, communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and interest in growing within Talent Acquisition.

This role will assist in managing all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting the team. The Recruiting Specialist will serve as a liaison between candidates, interviewers, and HR, and play a critical role in scheduling, communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and interest in growing within Talent Acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily administrative support to the recruitment team
- Creates and manages travel arrangements for candidates - flights, hotel, and ground transportation
- Schedule interviews – onsite and virtual
- Updates and submits team expense reports bi-weekly
- Works cross functionally with Talent Acquisition partners; HR, Admin, IT and People Operations.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Supports onsite interview logistics – greets candidates, gives building tour and manage the candidate experience while onsite
- Manages Alo’s job board
- Pulls reports from ATS as needed
- Supports the summer internship program with future advancement to lead the program
- Travel for college career fairs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in a recruiting, admin, or HR support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Suite programs – preferably Outlook and Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $76,000
