Job Title: Fraud & Claims Operations

Are you an experienced Fraud Analyst, Bank Dispute Specialist, or Fraud Investigator with a background in the banking industry and Fraud & Claims Operations? We’re hiring for a Bank Dispute Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Detect and prevent suspicious activity using advanced tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain reports (MIS) to monitor fraud trends and evaluate fraud strategy effectiveness.
- Analyze key datasets to identify risks and improve fraud detection strategies.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and management to address fraud risk gaps.
- Investigate and monitor fraud claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Utilize tools like Excel and SQL for reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in fraud analysis, bank disputes, fraud investigations, or Fraud & Claims Operations.
- Strong familiarity with banking industry practices and tools.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in BI/reporting tools.
