Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician (Onsite)
Location: Ada, MI 49355
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in RAM upgrades, imaging processes, and user account setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform RAM upgrades and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Manage imaging processes via SCCM / PXE mode.
- Assist with Active Directory administration (user account setup & management).
- Handle asset management and IT inventory tracking.
- Provide ServiceNow support for IT service requests.
- Set up user accounts on newly imaged devices.
- Follow up with users to verify successful account setup.
- Offer desktop support for end-users, resolving technical issues.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of RAM upgrades & hardware troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SCCM / PXE imaging.
Familiarity with Active Directory & ServiceNow.
Experience with asset management & IT inventory tracking.
Proficiency in Office 365 installation and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
