Title : Java Architect
Location : New York City, NY (150 E 42nd St)
Job Description :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Subject matter expertise in Financial Crimes, Customer Due Diligence, Corporate Risk, and our Compliance.
- Substantial experience working with data and data technology, particularly Customer data.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience in Kafka, Microservices, APIs, Analytics, Batch and Realtime Data processing.
- Experience with one or more CI / CD and Automation tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle, Maven, MSBuild, NPM, SonarQube, Artifactory, Harness CD & GitOps, IBM uDeploy, Ansible
- Understanding one or more of the following tools and technologies : PowerBI, Tableau,SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL server.
- Working experience in designing, architecting applications for deployment into one or more cloud (GCP, Azure, PCF / Tanzu) environments.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong technical skills and acumen.
- Knowledge of modern architectural paradigms, including service-orientation and cloud enablement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to function well in a large, matrixed organization.
