We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRA) accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial records for Common Interest Realty Associations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Communicate financial findings clearly in writing to various stakeholders.
- Support audits and internal controls.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
Required Education/Skills:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
- Strong Writing Skills – Required, with a focus on proper grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook – Required.
- Experience in Common Interest Realty Associations Accounting – Highly desired (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Ability to Speak and Understand English – Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CIRA accounting is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
