Job Title: Customer Contact Rep Sr
Location-Lisle IL
Description:
1. This role is 95% work from home; we have in-person training 3-5 times a year.
2. International pays for the travel For this role, we need candidates with heavy customer service experience, data remediation.

3. Data remediation is the process of fixing errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in data.
4. It involves cleaning, organizing, and migrating data to make it more accurate, complete, and consistent.
5. Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients.
6. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of the program and delivery standards. Develops client relationships and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery, and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
7. Acts as a single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
8. Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate the value of support offerings to clients and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
9. Performing assignments that require considerable judgment and initiative.
10. Understands implications of work, identifies key issues, and makes recommendations for solutions.
11. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Takes a broad perspective on problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
12. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
13. Determines methods and procedures for new assignments.

- Minimum requirements .
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of customer service experience and/or technical product.
