Position:Desktop Support Technician/Infrastructure Network Support
Location: 7575 Fulton St East, Ada, MI 49355(Onsite)
Duration: Contract(W2)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware upgrades, system imaging, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- RAM Upgrades: Perform memory upgrades on various computer systems to enhance performance.
- System Imaging: Utilize SCCM and PXE boot methods to deploy and manage system images.
- Active Directory Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
- ServiceNow Utilization: Use ServiceNow for incident tracking, change management, and documentation.
- User Account Setup: Configure user accounts on newly imaged devices and ensure proper access.
- Follow-Up Support: Verify with users that their accounts and systems function correctly post-setup.
- Desktop Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Office 365 Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 365 applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support and system administration.
- Proficiency with SCCM, PXE boot, and system imaging techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
- Experience with asset management practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
