Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules, with a strong technical foundation in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM and CMDB.
- Build and maintain advanced scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Leverage the Glide API and JavaScript to deliver scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools using REST APIs and other protocols.
- Drive data transformation, normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide proactive maintenance of ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Expert-level JavaScript and Glide scripting proficiency.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow REST APIs and third-party tool integration.
- In-depth knowledge of ITAM and CMDB modules, including asset lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with ETL processes and data management within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, and API-based integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM
