Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. They would also need to be tech-savvy in order to be able to input data into our database for order processing. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Follow orders all the way through the order process until the order is done and the customer has received it.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database.
- Process transactions including cash handling and sales efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and understand their needs.
- Experience in sales or office environments is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
