Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead the front desk team with confidence, personality, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Train and coach talent to deliver seamless check-in/check-out experiences.
- Jump in to handle guest questions, solve problems fast, and keep the good vibes flowing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
- Bring energy to every shift and create an atmosphere guests love coming back to.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel setting (Aloft or Marriott experience a plus).
- A natural leader who communicates well and knows how to inspire a team.
