Kriya Hotels is seeking an energetic and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team as Sales Coordinator based at Aloft Trophy Club, also supporting the Hampton Inn Trophy Club reporting to the Area Director of Sales. Both hotels offer exemplary customer service and maintain a 4.5 Trip Advisor score consistently.
In this role, the ideal candidate will focus on the following: Support Director of Sales and Sales Managers in managing accounts, bookings, and client relationships. Assist with lead management, administrative duties, follow up with potential clients, and event support.
Responsibilities include:
ü Manage Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients within 4 hours of when received, share information on hotel facilities, services, and rates. Have general property awareness with the ability to interface with clients and conduct site inspections.
ü Booking & Reservation Management: Assist with processing bookings, including corporate events, meetings and group reservations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all bookings.
ü Prepare Reports: Generate and maintain reports on sales activities, bookings, and client information. Provide analysis and feedback to the sales team or management to help improve strategies and performance.
ü Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the booking process. Address customer concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
ü Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating details for events and meetings hosted at the hotel. Ensure all event logistics are aligned with client needs and expectations.
ü Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as managing contracts, preparing invoices, updating CRM systems, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
ü Communication: Effectively communicate with all departments within the hotel to ensure that details are clearly outlined. To include, before the event, during the event, and billing follow up.
ü Creative leave behind management: Maintain the creative items, so they are always clever and stocked.
